So we know who the presidential candidates are: John McCain and Barack Obama. But who exactly are the nominees for Vice President? After all, we want a dream team running the country here, not like the disastrous Bush-Cheney duo that put our country in a slum! McCain said he will announce his running mate on his 72th birthday, which is Aug. 29 at a huge rally that will be held in Ohio. Obama, on the other hand, will likely announce his choice of running mate this week. Obama’s former rival, Hillary Rodham Clinton is unlikely to be chosen for the VP slot. Obama’s potential running mates are believed to be Virginia Gov. Time Kaine, Biden of Delaware, Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh and Sebelius.
