Who was 2009 BET Awards Best Dressed? There seemed to be a trend for this award night, very fashionable looks that seemed to pay tribute to the king of pop. Bright Colors, embellished with beads, mini dresses, and glam sequins. Stars like Beyonce, Alicia Keys, and Keri Hilson seemed to hit the right style on the red carpet.
