BACKGROUND: W Hotels Worldwide and MasterCard Worldwide have joined forces with Sony Music Entertainment’s Commercial Music Group to launch W Wonderlust Live, an exclusively curated musical journey featuring live performances by award-winning and emerging artists. This is the eighth and final performance in the series. Past performances have included Natasha Bedingfield, Paddy Casey, Augustana, Gavin DeGraw, Peter Bjorn and John, Pete Yorn, and Daniel Merriweather.



THE ARTIST: Gossip is fronted by Beth Ditto, along with guitarist Brace Paine and drummer Hannah Blilie. The band’s third album was a smash success with the title track Standing in the Way of Control soaring to the top spot on the UK Indie Chart. Gossip’s newest release, Music For Men, was produced by Rick Rubin and has graced hit charts around the world since its release in June. The band was recently featured on the cover of Rolling Stone Italy and have appeared on the cover of NME several times.
