Celebrate the official grand opening celebration of YAS (Yoga & Spinning) Silver lake, Observe a yoga or spinning demo class (or both) and then relax with a glass of wine (or a few) from 55 Degree Wine Bar and catered delights from Heirloom. I have personally tried the official YAS class (1/2 hour of spinning and 1/2 hour of yoga) and have never felt better. It's the perfect combination of cardio and stretching, in a comfortable environment with lots of natural light and great energy.
